Information collected
The assessment collects the contact, business, and debt information you enter. It also records the submission time, contact-permission wording and acceptance, server-observed IP address, browser user agent, source page reported by your browser, and HTTP referrer when supplied.
How the information is used
The website stores the inquiry for the review team to assess and follow up. A notification is sent to the configured website administrator. Authorized administrators can view the record and generate a PDF. No optional marketing consent is collected by this form.
Service providers and website operation
The website relies on hosting, WordPress, and email delivery services to operate. Those services may process technical information as part of hosting or delivering the inquiry. The form itself has no Jornaya integration. Other plugins added by the website operator may introduce additional processing; the operator should update this notice when that happens.
Retention and requests
Contact advisory@mca-resolution.com to ask about access, correction, deletion, or how long an inquiry is retained. Do not include account credentials or sensitive financial identifiers in an email request. A retention period is not specified in this notice.
Contact permission
The contact-permission checkbox is unchecked by default. The exact wording presented in the form session is saved with the inquiry. Contact permission for the assessment is not bundled with unrelated marketing permission.
